This is my second experiment with smoked paprika. I actually just grabbed items that were in my fridge, which happened to be shallots, chorizo and Brussels sprouts, which turned out to be a great combination! I lightly sauteed everything until the sprouts were soft enough to eat, then dusted them with the paprika.
