Are hot dogs better in Coney Island?

Yes. Especially at Nathans. I don’t know why, perhaps because they are grilled, and have almost 100 years of practice. Whatever the reason, the results are stellar. Stepping off the train in Coney Island the first thing you see is the original Nathans, which inevitably has 100′s of people waiting in line. It’s worth it.

  1. You know, imagine that you had Ayu in Tokyo.

Location is a lot more important than how people think in general.

Anyhow, your second photo makes me very hungry.

  2. @Tashin: Very true! The ayu meal would not have been the same in Tokyo.
