		<description>Aji sashimi is one of my favorites, both the meat and the fried bones, but I am never quite sure what the appropriate method is for eating the skeleton.  I usually break it up into bite-sized pieces with my hand; messy and certainly harder w/the head.  Is there a better way?</description>
