Eggless tofu salad

I had this recipe one time, when I lived in California. I have my friend Daniel Cohen to thank for it. My memory of eating it was so strong, I tracked it down five years later when I reconnected with him. This is a vegan recipe.

I followed his recipe (below) to the letter, with the exception of subbing paprica with ancho chille powder, and eating it on romaine lettuce.

1 block crushed firm tofu
few tablespoons mayonnaise (grape-seed veganaise preferred)
4 teaspoons turmeric powder
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 touch garlic powder
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
taste salt
taste diced green/red pepper
taste paprika, red pepper, mustard
You basically mash all that sh*t up and enjoy,
