		<description>I really like what you did here. I think it&#039;s such a sin to waste food, and it&#039;s just wonderful to give leftovers new life. 
I really love the phrase &quot;leftover challenge&quot; too.
Allow me to be honest and say the picture image of rice made me look away from my monitor. It didn&#039;t look like food, and looked intensely terrible even if it&#039;s good.</description>
