My companion for the Hiroshima style okonomiyaki the other day, Koichi, was really craving Osaka style (his favorite). He came over to my house and we made dinner together. I used my teppanyaki grill to make this huge okonomiyaki, which we cooked at the table. It’s hard to tell the scale in the picture, but it’s about 1 foot wide. Flipping it was a little tricky, but it turned out great. We also had some mentaiko so threw that into the batter.
