Pumpkin

My good friend Ann came to me recently and told me she was going to make me a pumpkin pie from scratch. I have actually always wanted to try. I wish I got some pictures after it cooled down and set, because it came out a little moist, but was perfect the next morning. The result was an amazing pie. I can’t say that there was a significant difference in flavor from the canned variation, but it had a great texture.
