Super Epic Rainbow Cake

    Not exactly the same… (The one you are showing reminds me of a torte… I don’t have a sense of scale…)… but this cake reminds me of my favorite cookies… takes two days to make, but DELICIOUS.

    I do not like the ones from the bakeries (usually Italian), because in the past they were good, but almond paste is VERY expensive, so they do without, or they add Almond Flavor, not the rich marzipan-y loveliness that almond paste provides.

    I agree it’s hard to determine the scale of the cake but it does look delicious! :) This would be perfect to do for the Gay Pride Parade here or even a Gay/Lesbian birthday cake. :)
