At the same party as the last (curry corn) post Tadashi made some sushi. It was so good it really deserved a post of its own. He only brought a few ingredients, so he was basically making sushi out of anything that he could find in our fridge all night. This included kimchi, some sort of pickled enoki that Hiroshi had, nattou, ume, and probably the 2nd weirdest ingredient of the night–shirokara, which is such a weird taste that I can only eat it when i am drinking shochu. So what was the weirdest ingredient of the night? I wish I had gotten a picture, but I was too far gone to operate a camera at this point. It was tortilla chip nigiri-sushi. So good and crunchy!
