A friend tipped me off there was a new ramen shop in town. It’s called Terakawa, from Kyushu area of Japan, and they serve ramen very similar to Ippudo (from Fukuoka–also kyushu area). The ramen is indeed very similar to Ippudo, having thin noodles and tonkotsu base broth. In fact I would say it was 98% as delicious as the Ippudo noodles. The only difference is the place is 5$ cheaper and there is no line, unlike Ippudo where there is a constant 1 hour wait to be served. Sadly they do not offer buta kakuni as a topping. Their gyoza was proper though.
