I was running some errands with Kathy in West Philly, and we stopped at this falafel truck for lunch. The back of the truck was labeled falafel expert… I had to check it out. Did his self proclaimed expertise stand the taste test?

Yes! It was really soft with an usual tangy flavor that I have never experienced before. He definitly prepares everything from scratch, and is made to order. We paired it with humas and baba ghanoush drenched in hot sauce and tabouli with salad.
